FANCY PETS is a new enterprise started by TONI MARQUEZ who owns and runs a very popular
dog and cat grooming salon in Rye in East Sussex called "BUBBLES N BOWS".
She wanted her new venture to be both "QUIRKY AND EXCITING" and decided to concentrate
